      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with patients via phone to collect and manage patient accounts
      - Persuade consumers to pay and set up payment arrangements for account balances
      - Update customer records with new information and call results
      - Execute verbal skip tracing procedures when necessary
      - Comply with all regulatory compliance areas, including HIPAA and PCI requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - 1-2 years of customer service experience
      - Ability to communicate clearly using proper grammar and telephone etiquette
      - Prior PC and keyboard knowledge is mandatory
      - Ability to perform basic math calculations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with medical terminology
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
      - Prior experience in collections or account management
