Job Description:
We're seeking an efficient and accurate Remote Data Typist to join our team. As an entry-level data typist, you'll enter information into our database system, maintain data accuracy, and perform various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Type information into database systems with high accuracy and speed.
Data Management: Maintain data organization, update records, and perform data validation.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with document scanning, filing, and other office duties.
Quality Control: Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Communication: Collaborate with team members and respond to inquiries.
$20 - $48 an hour
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years of data entry experience.
Skills:
Typing speed: 40-60 wpm.
Accuracy: 95% or higher.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable internet connection.
Computer with up-to-date software.
Noise-free workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Previous remote work experience.
Familiarity with database management software.
Certification in data entry or related field.
