What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive insurance sales through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
- Commit to staying educated on insurance types, protocols, and policy changes
- Develop risk management strategies tailored to each customer’s needs
- Accurately log sales databases, client reports, and bookkeeping records
- Serve as an attentive listener to identify unique client needs before pursuing sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely while staying connected to your mentor
- No felony convictions
- Motivated and driven, with a commission-based mindset
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license if not already held
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service roles
