What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze liability issues with claims to determine recovery potential from third parties
- Review claim files to identify subrogation opportunities
- Develop, pursue, and recover claims based on thorough evaluation of facts and evidence
- Negotiate settlements with other insurance companies to maximize subrogation recovery
- Refer cases to outside agencies and attorneys as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient with technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience in insurance is a plus
