      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet and assist donors while ensuring their safety and comfort
      - Screen new and repeat donors, recording vital signs and test results
      - Maintain accurate donor records using the Donor Information System
      - Identify and implement operational improvements in center processes
      - Work a variety of shifts to accommodate donor needs, including weekends and holidays

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
      - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
      - Ability to lift materials up to 32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer or patient-facing role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare or plasma donation setting
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and donor screening processes
