  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Greet and assist donors while ensuring their safety and comfort
  - Screen new and repeat donors, recording vital signs and finger stick results
  - Maintain accurate records using the Donor Information System and prepare donor charts
  - Identify operational opportunities for improvement and implement changes as approved
  - Work various shifts including weekends and holidays to support plasma center operations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  - Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally and rarely up to 50 lbs.
  - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer or patient-facing role
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a healthcare or plasma donation environment
  - Strong fine motor coordination and depth perception
  - Ability to hear equipment from a distance
  - Previous training or experience with bloodborne pathogen safety
