      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
      - Resolve customer issues by actively listening and understanding their needs
      - Document and process customer claims accurately in the appropriate systems
      - Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
      - Attend training sessions to stay informed on program knowledge and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Experience with data entry using a computer
      - Fluent in reading and speaking English
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields in a contact center
      - Experience working from home
      - Previous state or federal work experience
