- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Perform various customer service related activities
- Provide local market, skill set and client specific intelligence to team leads and provide strategic recommendations
- Partner with Applicant Sourcers, Contractor Care Reps, and Vendor Management Specialists to deliver a great candidate experience
- Work with the Strategic Delivery leadership to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments

Aerotek offers a base salary of $55,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $65,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan). Additional benefits include (but not limited to):

Year 1: $65,000
Year 2: $85,000
Year 3: $112,000
