      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer calls, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and resolve customer inquiries
      - Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
      - Identify sales opportunities and apply sales skills to promote products and services
      - Escalate customer dissatisfaction issues to the management team
      - Ensure first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of the Windows operating system
