What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be motivated and coachable with a strong desire to control income
- No prior experience required; full training provided
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM tools and technology
- Background in finance or insurance is a plus
- Strong networking skills to build client relationships
