      - Work independently to build and manage your own client base
      - Participate in hands-on training and mentoring sessions to enhance your skills
      - Collaborate with a growth-oriented team to achieve personal and professional goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be willing to work hard and invest in personal development
      - Coachable and open to learning a new business model
      - No prior experience necessary, but a strong work ethic is essential
      - Ability to work independently without direct supervision
      - Must be willing to commit to the role for at least one year

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service
      - Familiarity with financial services or insurance industries
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
      - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
