What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reach out via phone and/or email to cold prospects to generate interest in products
- Gauge the interest of prospects to qualify them as potential customers
- Pass qualified and interested prospects to assigned Territory/Account Executive(s)
- Maintain organization and results-oriented focus in outreach efforts
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field is a plus
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized and possess a friendly phone voice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with a CRM or other sales tools
- Demonstrated ability to be "pleasantly persistent" in outreach efforts
- Strong computer skills and ability to engage prospects effectively
- Previous experience in a sales environment
