What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for one or more development teams
- Coach team members on Scrum principles, agile practices, and self-organization
- Identify and help remove obstacles that impede the team's progress
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and priorities are clearly defined
- Support the adoption and continuous improvement of agile best practices across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Foundational understanding of Scrum framework and agile principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings and drive productive discussions
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying issues
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or similar certification
- Internship or academic project experience with agile teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Exposure to software development lifecycle concepts
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry
