      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**

      - Design and engineer state-of-the-art facilities for clients
      - Work on projects involving new structure designs and structural upgrades
      - Collaborate with Project Managers, Professional Engineers, and Designers across different disciplines
      - Perform structural analysis and design tasks
      - Communicate structural requirements through documentation and modeling

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**

      - Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
      - Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification or ability to obtain prior to start
      - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work in the local office or from home in the South/Southeast Region of the United States
      - Willingness to travel for work in other offices if required
      - Reliable internet service with minimum speed requirements

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**

      - MS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering
      - Previous internship experience in Structural Engineering
      - Familiarity with software such as STAAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
      - Knowledge of US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
