What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare long-term care rate increase filings
- Problem-solve using spreadsheets, databases, and other resources to clean, synthesize, and analyze data
- Communicate results to peers and project leaders
- Review the work of peers
- Draft written reports and prepare other external/internal correspondence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA upon graduation
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare or health data
- Working knowledge of database applications, Access, VBA
- Computer and statistical programming experience, SAS, Python and/or R
- Experience with cloud computing
- Ability to work independently
