- Preparation for Responsible Care (RC) Audit Preparedness, Global Safety Day and upcoming RC Audit for Pasir Gudang Site
- On-demand EHS services related to EHS Management System (EHSMS)
- Helping and maintain site EHS requirements
- Assist in updating and maintaining EHS&S documentation and filing
- Support implementation of EHSS standards, Responsible Care Management System (RCMS), and promotion of related programs
- Update and monitor Occupational Health (OH) and medical records
- Collaborating with IT on digitalization projects (e.g., MS Teams, online training systems)
- Perform other assigned duties as required
- Follow & do Safety Inspection on site/plant
- To assist for preparation on next Medical Audit and GU/RA Audit 2024
- To assist on preparing & close the pre-GU/RA audit/Gaps
- Willing to learn new things
- Can deliver results fast, accurate, active follow-up
- Diploma or Degree in Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Environment, Chemical or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and computer skills. Must have a good understanding of scope and function of EHS units.
- Able to do internship onsite at Pasir Gudang
