      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of remedial design and construction projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources
      - Provide technical oversight on various environmental projects, including site assessments and soil sampling
      - Prepare and review technical reports, design work plans, and specifications
      - Develop qualification packages and proposals to support business growth
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in civil, geotechnical, or environmental engineering, or a related technical/business field
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in remedial design and construction oversight, particularly in civil and earthworks projects
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint
      - Detail-oriented team player with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
      - Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license is highly desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current 40-hour HAZWOPER training
      - Experience in managing heavy civil/environmental projects
      - Proven ability to mentor and guide junior staff
      - Strong background in regulatory compliance and environmental rules
      - Familiarity with business development processes in the environmental sector
