      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as Project Manager for early due diligence, baseline studies, permitting, engineering, and design tasks for large-scale renewable energy projects
      - Lead client engagement and technical proposal development efforts
      - Oversee all aspects of project scope, schedule, budget, technical resources, and communications
      - Coordinate and manage field crews and subcontractors to achieve project goals
      - Communicate with clients and internal management regarding project status and build new client relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Ecological Engineering; Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in the renewable energy industry
      - Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience
      - Strong technical background with renewable energy projects and experience with environmental resource studies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to recognize business risks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in a related field
      - Knowledge of Vantagepoint or similar project management and accounting software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
      - Experience presenting complex information to various stakeholders
      - Ability to multi-task among several projects simultaneously
