      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage environmental assessment, compliance, and remediation projects from proposal through execution and invoicing
      - Develop and execute various work scopes while maintaining project schedules and budgets
      - Provide technical support across all project phases, including environmental site characterization and regulatory reporting
      - Interact and cooperate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project success
      - Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines, adjusting priorities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Project Management, Environmental Engineering, or related field
      - 10-20 years of experience in project execution/management within the environmental industry
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
      - Completion of 40-hour OSHA-HAZWOPER training and annual refreshers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing projects for both government and private clients
      - Familiarity with geologic environments in states such as Georgia, Tennessee, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey, and Florida
      - Relevant certifications such as Professional Geologist/Engineer, Licensed Asbestos Inspector, or Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor
