What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop proposal scopes of work and cost estimates using internal tools
- Manage projects to ensure successful completion within established schedules and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to provide updates and gather information
- Oversee quality work performance while adhering to safety and compliance standards
- Mentor and guide junior staff on active projects while managing multiple projects concurrently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a core science, engineering, environmental science, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience, including 5 years in project management
- At least 4 years of experience in hazardous waste management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and SharePoint Online

- Experience managing staff and projects specifically within the commercial client industry
- Familiarity with environmental compliance requirements for commercial clients
