      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage environmental projects from proposal through execution and invoicing, ensuring client satisfaction
      - Oversee budgets of $500K and up while maintaining project schedules
      - Conduct environmental assessments and provide technical support throughout all project phases
      - Mentor junior staff and participate in team collaboration
      - Prepare and review technical documents for regulatory compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Project Management, Environmental Engineering, or other Science degree
      - 10-20 years of project management experience in the environmental industry
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
      - Completion of 40-hour OSHA-HAZWOPER training and annual refreshers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing projects for both government and private clients
      - Familiarity with Georgia, Tennessee, and/or Kentucky geologic environments
      - Relevant certifications such as Professional Geologist/Engineer, Licensed Asbestos Inspector, or Indoor Air Quality Training
