What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of environmental and remediation projects
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across all completion phases, including planning, design, remediation, and final reporting
- Oversee project staffing and employee relations aspects in collaboration with Human Resources
- Ensure safe and successful fieldwork performance while maintaining effective communication with clients
- Support proposal development, including technical approaches, logistics planning, and pricing development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, civil, environmental, or chemical engineering, or a related degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of project management or project engineering experience in munitions response or environmental projects
- Experience managing munitions response or environmental/HTRW projects for federal clients, particularly with USACE and NAVFAC
- Strong scheduling, cost tracking, technical writing, and communication abilities
- Understanding of environmental and regulatory processes, including RCRA and CERCLA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certification as a Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with Digital Geophysical Mapping (DGM) and/or Advanced Geophysical Classification (AGC) methods
- Experience managing Chemical Warfare Materiel (CWM) projects or projects conducted in underwater environments
- Proficiency in project management software and Excel for cost proposals and project budget preparation
