What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage operational aspects of new customer launches until all necessary trained staff are in place
- Train permanent staff on responsibilities and expectations related to waste management
- Coordinate logistics for the transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including profiling and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with client and government regulations by conducting inspections and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with financial obligations such as invoicing and reporting related to client and vendor interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Associate degree in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in addition to the education requirement
- RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience
- Valid Driver's License and 24-hour HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Experience with manifesting and profiling hazardous and non-hazardous waste

- Ability to be PIT trained and pass a respirator FIT test
