      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee long-term filter agreements and related claims processing
      - Track data, receivables, agreements, and actions related to site remediation
      - Assist with project work as needed, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
      - Establish and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including the public and municipal officials
      - Perform tasks under limited supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 15 credit hours in science or engineering courses, or a four-year combination of education and experience in environmental science or a related field
      - Knowledge and experience in the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to independently identify and resolve problems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with SharePoint, Advantage, and MainePays

      - Experience interacting with diverse stakeholders, including the general public and regulated communities
      - Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance processes
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Previous experience in a governmental or public sector role
