      Position Description:
      Connecting with and supporting families through the Early On referral process to IFSP development within the timelines deemed by Part C. Determining Early On eligibility through the evaluation and assessment with a team approach. Coordinating and connecting families to services and agencies deemed in an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) including referrals to Early Childhood Special Education when necessary. This position supports children’s positive social/emotional skills, acquisition and use of knowledge/skills and the use of appropriate behaviors to meet their needs as well as helping families know their rights in the Part C of IDEA world, effectively communicating their child’s needs, and helping their child to develop and learn to their fullest potential.

      Requirements:
      1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in areas of Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or closely related fields.

      Compensation & Benefits:
      The wage range for this position is $22.50 – $26.39 per hour, depending on education and experience. This is a year-round, salaried position with the ISD and is benefits eligible.
