What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and select eligible participants for the program
- Assess and document participants' academic, secondary, and post-secondary needs
- Develop and deliver workshops, community agency visits, and presentations (both in-person and virtually)
- Assist participants with post-secondary admission and financial aid applications
- Maintain a database of participant records and prepare periodic reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree
- A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for travel
- Experience working with TRIO or similar populations
- Knowledge of educational, career, and personal development strategies
- Strong written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in social services, student services, education, or a closely related field
- Experience working with adults aged 19 and over
- Knowledge of campus academic programs and postsecondary student personnel services
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Classroom, and social media platforms for recruitment
- Experience in overcoming barriers similar to the target population
