EOS Integrator Job Posting – Redwood Resources Position Title: EOS Integrator / Chief Operating Officer Location: Hybrid – Los Angeles Preferred (Remote candidates considered) Type: Part-Time | Full-Time Potential Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Bonus About Redwood Resources Redwood Resources is a woman-owned strategic consulting firm specializing in public agency outreach, workforce development, business equity compliance, and mentor-protégé programs. We serve engineering firms, public sector agencies, and primes working on high-impact infrastructure projects in California and beyond. As we scale, we are hiring a sharp, execution-focused EOS Integrator to take us from entrepreneurial chaos to scalable operations. About the Role As our EOS Integrator (COO), you will be the glue that holds the company together. You will lead operations, manage cross-functional accountability, and turn vision into reality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building systems, and can lead with both heart and discipline. Success Metrics (First 90-120 Days) • L10 meetings launched and are consistent • Scorecard established and in use with 95% accuracy • CEO is no longer involved in daily team tasks or project deadlines • SOPs implemented in at least three key areas • Client projects tracked with timelines, owners, and KPIs • 75% of decisions are handled independently without CEO involvement Tools You'll Run • Asana – Project and task management • Harvest or QBO Time – Time tracking and reporting • Google Suite – Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms Application Process Top candidates will be invited to complete a short test assignment designed to assess their strategic thinking, operational planning, and problem-solving. Responsibilities: • Translate the CEO's vision into quarterly priorities, Rocks, and action plans • Lead weekly L10 meetings with a strong IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) framework • Build and manage the scorecard with clear KPIs across departments • Oversee Asana project tracking and enforce accountability across all projects • Implement and refine core SOPs for hiring, time tracking, invoicing, and reporting • Resolve people issues and drive team alignment and performance • Manage the accountability chart and ensure the right people are in the right seats • Lead quarterly planning, track Rocks completion, and manage business rhythm • Partner with the CEO to make data-driven decisions from Harvest, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace tools Qualifications: What You Bring • 5+ years leading operations or serving as an EOS Integrator/COO in a small-to-mid-size consulting or professional services firm • Proven experience building and enforcing operational systems • Comfort working with Asana, Google Workspace, QBO, and time tracking tools (Harvest/QBO Time) • Strong communicator and team leader with a bias for action • Obsessed with KPIs, project visibility, and clean execution • Calm under pressure, direct with feedback, and proactive about solving bottlenecks Compensation: $45 - $65 hourly
