What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support the Epic Lumens module and related IT systems
- Help local ministries optimize workflow processes through tailored application development
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Epic system's functionalities to aid in implementation
- Collaborate with teams to ensure processes meet organizational needs
- Participate in the rollout of system functionalities and support ongoing improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of an Associate's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare IT or a related clinical/hospital environment
- Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality modules required or must be obtained within six months of hire
- Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare IT or clinical setting
- Familiarity with hospital or ambulatory business office environments
- Additional certifications related to healthcare technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
