What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the gathering and analyzing of data for Epic and other IT systems
- Support local ministries in optimizing workflow processes through tailored application builds
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Epic system capabilities and functional use
- Apply knowledge of clinical and business workflows for effective system implementation
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the system meets process needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or related field required
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in healthcare IT or related experience may be accepted in lieu of an Associate's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of Epic Application Analyst or related experience required
- Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality module(s) required or must be obtained within six months
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
