      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and maintain EHR systems and databases to ensure optimal performance
      - Manage and support the analysis, design, implementation, and operation of application specialty resources
      - Assist with the design and build of EHR and pharmacy systems tailored to user needs
      - Oversee project management for pharmacy technology initiatives, ensuring accountability to meet goals
      - Communicate risks, issues, and status updates effectively across all areas of Information Technology Services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current licensure with the Virginia State Board of Pharmacy
      - Minimum of three years to six years of hospital pharmacy experience
      - Thorough knowledge of inpatient environments and clinic-based operations
      - Strong communication skills with healthcare professionals regarding drug-related issues
      - Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous Epic experience in training, build, and/or support of Epic systems
      - Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited academic program
