What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, analyze, develop, test, implement, and provide tier two technical assistance for assigned system applications
- Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic software and applications
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions to meet client and hospital specifications
- Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems
- Participate in on-call support rotation to address end-user critical needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare-related experience in patient care, medical records, or information technology for Analyst level; 5 years for Senior Analyst level
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to acquire Epic Proficiency within 3 months of hire
- Required to complete annual Epic recertification requirements for all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinical areas, or information services
- Familiarity with programming, system analysis, configuration, and application support
- Knowledge of systems lifecycle and client-server technologies
- Experience with Visio
- Holding at least two Epic Certifications/Accreditations/Proficiencies for Senior Analyst level
