What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize the employer's instance of Epic, ensuring configurations align with user needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic workflows, facilitating communication between technical and operational teams
- Lead the design, development, and testing of Epic workflows for new projects and process improvements
- Collaborate with customer analysts and internal teams to ensure successful Epic Aura integrations
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance Epic user experience based on feedback and business needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, business, healthcare, or equivalent experience
- Active Epic certification in EpicCare Ambulatory, Beaker, Order Transmittal, and/or Care Everywhere
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epic applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various organizational levels and external entities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic Aura integration
- Familiarity with HL7, Mirth, Jira/Confluence, and Salesforce
- Experience in genomics labs
