What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement long-term Epic strategy across operations and IT
- Educate operational leadership on process improvement and Epic best practices
- Assist with policy implementation and workflow design in collaboration with Revenue Cycle leaders
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and recommend enhancements for Epic workflows
- Participate in system build and support, including user acceptance testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have current Epic Certification in a Revenue Cycle focused module
- Minimum of 3+ years of Epic build experience in revenue cycle functions
- Strong implementation background and working knowledge of Epic applications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Availability for periodic travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of hospital and ambulatory revenue cycle operations
- Familiarity with interface messages and other revenue cycle focused Epic applications
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting educational sessions
