What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement long-term best practice Epic strategies across operations and IT
- Educate operational leadership on process improvement and Epic best practices
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leaders on reporting, work queue strategy, and workflow design
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and recommend enhancements for Epic workflows
- Assist in the development of training materials and support Epic certification processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a current Epic Certification in a Revenue Cycle focused module
- Minimum of 3 years of Epic build experience in Epic revenue cycle functions
- Strong implementation background and working knowledge of revenue cycle focused Epic applications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Availability to travel up to 25% as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of hospital and ambulatory revenue cycle operations
- Experience with interface and interface messages related to Epic applications
