What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and test Epic's mobile applications to support clinical workflows
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Provide ongoing maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting of application issues
- Establish ownership across EHR and IT teams for devices associated with hospital business and clinical functions
- Manage Business Continuity Configuration tool, ensuring build integrity and ongoing maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working closely with IT
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in understandable terms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Experience in the strategic use of technology in managing and growing a business
- Knowledge of HL7 standards
- Experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a proven track record in new concept development
