What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, test, and activate application databases for assigned departments
- Support new project development, including system analysis and planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving integrated systems
- Document and maintain all required system design and build documentation
- Assist end users and provide support within the facility and offsite locations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Epic Accreditation or Certification in relevant Epic modules
- Two (2) years of work experience managing the Epic module(s) applicable to certification(s)
- Current employees with one (1) year of service and two (2) years of Epic experience may obtain new Epic certification within six (6) months of position start
- Must remain in the job-assigned Epic module for one (1) year after earning new certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four (4) years of work experience in a similar position in healthcare
- Experience with system analysis and project management in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
