What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, test, and activate application databases for assigned departments
- Support new project development through system analysis, planning, and preparation
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues involving integrated systems
- Conduct testing and verification of software releases and changes prior to production
- Document and maintain all necessary system design and build documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Epic Accreditation or Certification in relevant modules (e.g., Epic Willow, Epic Beaker)
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience managing applicable Epic modules
- Ability to obtain new Epic certification within six (6) months of position start if currently employed in the department
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four (4) years of work experience in a similar position within the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with software testing and documentation processes
- Familiarity with healthcare applications and workflows
