What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary development contact for Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules
- Configure Epic application areas to optimize performance and safety
- Collaborate across teams to support and develop the Epic system
- Utilize system analysis techniques to improve business operations
- Maintain Epic knowledge that extends beyond the assigned team module
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Epic Certification is required; Optime and/or Anesthesia certification is highly desired
- Minimum of 3 years of recent relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of system analysis techniques and organizational policies
- Familiarity with industry best practices and business operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications or training related to Epic systems
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Proficiency in advanced system analysis techniques
- Understanding of organizational policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams
