What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and clinical/operational expertise in the design, programming, testing, and implementation of Epic applications
- Validate and determine if problems or needs are application, training, or technical related
- Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and keep end users informed of ticket status
- Perform quality assurance and integrated testing on all builds, documenting testing results
- Optimize Epic design to meet end-user needs and support ongoing change evaluation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Clinical Information Systems, Informatics, Information Technology, Sciences, or a Clinical Role, or Technical License/High School Diploma with 6 years of progressive healthcare experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Epic systems build experience with appropriate Epic training/certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive healthcare experience in clinical care or operations
- Involvement in 1 or more Integrated workgroups (Epic defined formal and informal/ad-hoc)
- Competency in Resolute Hospital Billing, Charge Router Workflows, and related maintenance items

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic certifications in Resolute Hospital Billing Administration, Resolute Hospital Billing Charging, and Charge Router
- Epic Certification - EPIC within 180 Days
- Epic Badge - EPIC within 180 Days
