      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide advice and counsel on complex business issues to management
      - Define user requirements for systems and educate customers on application functionality
      - Collaborate with internal and external teams to support business solutions
      - Lead project teams and synthesize data for analysis
      - Coordinate testing plans and system upgrades

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Services
      - Epic certification within 90 days of hire
      - 4 years of industry-related experience
      - Working knowledge in managed care
      - Tapestry Certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years of Healthcare Information Systems experience
      - Previous Epic experience
      - Certifications in software applications or clinical specializations
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
