What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Four years of diverse work experience in IT
- Epic Beacon certification and experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
