What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to staff in the development of specifications for new or revised systems
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the section
- Work with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes
- Coordinate activities with other IT sections
- Act as an expert technical resource in all phases of development and implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Five years of diverse work experience in IT
- Epic Beacon Certification and experience required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Ability to act as a project leader
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
