What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary support contact for the Beacon Oncology application, guiding workflow design and system testing
- Analyze technical issues associated with Epic and connected software
- Collaborate with project leadership and subject matter experts to communicate effectively
- Recognize and complete necessary assignments while assisting team members
- Maintain strong relationships with Epic counterparts and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or a license/certification in a clinical specialty
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, depending on the level of the position
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in oncology, including medication delivery and infusion practices
- Demonstrated analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn new software and systems effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active CA RN License, preferably with an Oncology Certification
- Certification, experience, or proficiency in the Epic Beacon Oncology module
- Experience with clinical workflows specific to the employer
