What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to staff in the development of specifications for new or revised systems
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the section
- Collaborate with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes
- Coordinate the activities of the section with other IT sections, such as database and technical support
- Act as an expert technical resource to development staff throughout the development and implementation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
- At least three years of experience in Dialysis/Nephrology EMR implementation or Epic Bean implementation
- Three years of experience in Epic Regulatory Reporting is a plus
- Advanced degree preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools
- Previous project leadership experience
