      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support all facets of Epic Hospital Billing, including system implementations and enhancements
      - Address and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to billing workflows
      - Lead and participate in projects to enhance billing workflows
      - Collaborate with operations to optimize system performance and functionality
      - Provide support to end-users for application configuration and in-house developed applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience
      - Understanding of business processes and flows for effective gap analysis and solution development
      - Light programming skills in the appropriate language for developing necessary workarounds
      - Knowledge of security/authorization setup and user documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - EPIC certification with a focus on hospital billing is highly preferred
