      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and industry analysis
      - Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing
      - Identify and resolve gaps in business processes, including data migration and reconciliation
      - Provide support to end-users for application configuration and in-house developed applications
      - Develop functional specifications and assist in the installation and tuning of modifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience
      - EPIC certification with professional billing is highly preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with hospital billing and revenue cycle management
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Familiarity with application configuration and user documentation
