What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Detailing business requirements, data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
- Creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business/clinical needs
- Producing data sets, reports, ad-hoc requests, and dashboards
- Conducting data analysis using various analytic solutions
- Providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting to decision-makers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three plus years of experience creating/implementing/supporting Epic clarity reports (Inpatient preferred)
- Experience writing SQL statements and accessing relational database systems
- Experience with analytic business intelligence tools such as Crystal, Business Objects, SAS, and Tableau
- Technical proficiency in Reporting Workbench and Radar build
- Solid understanding of build concepts, Epic migration paths, change control process/governance, and ticket management process
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Epic Clarity Certification required (Epic Clarity - Inpatient preferred)
