What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the planning and implementation of a new Electronic Health Record system and transition from legacy applications
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures using project management tools
- Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
- Identify and resolve system or business process/project issues as they arise
- Collaborate with business and program partners to enhance clinical applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified by Epic in at least one Clinical Inpatient or Ambulatory application
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on IT projects to deliver and/or enhance Electronic Health Record clinical applications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience creating project plans and timelines
- Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, clients, and IT personnel
- Strong analytical, negotiation, written/oral communication, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience with Epic clinical EHR systems
- PMP Certification
- 3 years of experience in state government
- Experience managing or supervising legacy system replacement projects
- Experience planning and managing data conversion activities
