What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary support contact for Cupid Cardiology applications and end-users
- Guide workflow design, system build, and testing for Epic applications
- Identify and implement requested changes to the system, acting as a liaison between end-users and implementation staff
- Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and participate in project team meetings
- Analyze and resolve issues impacting the Cupid application area and other connected systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or a license/certification in a clinical specialty
- For Epic Application Analyst I: 3 years of experience or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- For Epic Application Analyst II: 3 to 7 years of experience
- For Epic Application Analyst III: 7 or more years of experience
- Familiarity with workflows in non-invasive cardiology and understanding of department interactions with other operational areas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification, experience, or proficiency in the Cupid Cardiology Epic module
- Experience working in a cardiology department
- Familiarity with clinical workflows specific to the employer
