What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Epic implementation for Dorothy/Comfort and running workgroups and Orion
- Collaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system
- Provide technical and clinical consultation, including application configuration
- Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed Epic CEE to maintain certifications and proficiencies
- Active Epic certification in Epic Dorothy or another primary clinical application
- 4+ years of Epic application experience
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to travel at least 25% to client locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Any combination of certifications and experience with Epic Orders, MyChart, Healthy Planet, EpicCare Link, and Care Everywhere
- 2+ years of experience in team management, cross-team communication, and leadership skills
